6 MONOCHROME OUTFITS FROM THE ‘GRAM

Categories: Style, outfits

Friends! Times are crazy both professionally and day to day. It’s difficult to find the time to take outfit photos and pairing of BLACK and WHITE is certainly nothing new, but that doesn’t mean that monochrome outfits need to look boring! With that in mind, a quick look at some #LEWKS from the ‘gram.

Working the monochrome look is so easy, there’s none of the worry of wearing colours that don’t complement each other.

LEWK #1 – Business on top, party on the bottom. Seen on MELETOP (Episode 246) white cape blazer matched with black statement t-shirt by Zara. Worn with black pants with white side contrast pants by Zara with little twist of pink pointed heels to lend a feminine edgy from Manolo Blahnik designer. I call this look a ‘biker chick’.

LEWK #2 – I love wearing black with white. It’s part of my daily uniform, and is so easy to mix and match. The best part is that there are no rules: this is a colour combination that isn’t dictated to by the changing seasons. Head-to-toe Zara white blouse and scarf worn with black pants with Chanel purse. I finish the look with oxford shoe and lace fishnet socks. This elegant look will take you from work to play.

LEWK #3 – Rico Rinaldi is one of my favourite designer and wearing one of the #ricorinaldixtomita with bronze/copper-ish scarf for Pesona Muslimah Saluran 106 ASTRO OASIS. This pink lace top with colorful sequins and stones make my skin more radiant.

LEWK #4 – A staple day look for me is black on black. Despite not being the most obvious choice, I love light, with strong accessories. There is just something about all black everything to turn up the cool factor even in the summer heat. So for this look, my lace tops from and pair it with this comfy palazzo that i got from .

LEWK #5 – Pink is my all-time favourite colour, the colour of Love and Fun. Supporting ‘Pink Day’ – day to stand up against the injustice of harassment and bullying. My look here is dedicated to #NationalPinkDay I’m wearing pink jacket from Bershka and match it with white mermaid skirt from Raffiey, designer from Singapore. I personally love this look and as all of you know Mermaid is my spirit animal! 😉

LEWK #6 – For an eye-catching look and to make monochrome more fun, I pair my embroidery white tops that I bought in Bali with this flowy floral skirt. Be sure to keep the rest of your look low key, maybe you can add a subtle shot of colour with a bold red lip. Why not right? and for my look i add oversized aviator Ray-ban sunglass just to make it POP!
